推拿配合斜扳法治疗神经根型颈椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的:观察研究运用"推拿配合斜扳法"为主治疗神经根型颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:对120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组采用"推拿配合斜扳法"进行治疗,对照组采用口服颈痛颗粒治疗。治疗后统计并分析数据。结果:治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为90.0%,两组有效率之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);两组95%的CI无重叠,统计有显著性差异,表明治疗组采用的方法明显优于对照组疗法。结论:"推拿配合斜扳法"治疗比单纯药物治疗在疗效方面优势明显。

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Cervical Intervertebral Disc Herniation by "Massage combining with inclined pull method"

Objective：To observe and study the clinical effect of Massage combining with inclined pull method in Cervical Spondylosis Patients and explore the mechanism. Methods ： 120 patients diagnosed as cervical intervertebral disc Herniation were divided into two groups at random. Among them ,the test group（60） treated by ＂Massage combining with inclined pull method＂ ;the control group（60） treated by jingtongkeli Medicine Treatment. To Stat and analyze the data after therapy.Results： The total effective rate is 100% in the test group while 93.33% in the control group, so there are no difference between them. The 95% CI of Two groups no overlap and statistical significant difference, shows that the method of treatment group was better than control therapy..Conclusion：The group of Massage combining with inclined pull method has obvious therapeutic effect than pure drug therapy.
