肝胆外科术后患者PICC置管并发症的预防和护理

目的:通过对肝胆外科术后患者PICC置管护理观察,总结置管前、置管中、置管后的护理方法,熟悉此类并发症的预防和处理。方法:对60例经外周静脉导入中心静脉进行输液治疗或化疗的观察。结果:60例患者中,置管成功56例,失败4例,期间发生了送管困难、穿刺点渗血、静脉炎等并发症,经处理后好转,留置时间7天～12个月,顺利完成治疗。结论:PICC置管相对于传统输液置管及颈内深静脉置管更易使患者及其家属接受,且具有操作简单,痛苦少,安全性高等优点,而有效正确的导管护理是PICC置管成功和延长导管使用寿命的关键。

The prevention and nursing methods of complication in placing the pipe on hepatobiliary surgery postoperative patients

Objectives： To summary the nursing methods in the whole progress of placing the pipe including preparation and post processing and familiarize the prevention and handling of this kind of complication by nursing observation on hepatobiliary surgery postoperative pa- tients. Method： Observation on 60 cases of infusion therapy or chemotherapy through peripherally inserted central. Result：The result is that 56 cases succeeded while 4 cases failed. During the process some complications occurred including tube feeding difficulty, puncture oozing and phlebitis which were cured finally. Patients stayed for 7 days to 12months and finished the therapy successfully. Conclusion： Comparing with traditional transfusion tube and internal jugular deep venous catheterization, the PICC tube is easier for patients and their families to accept, and it has the advantages such as simple operation, less pain, high security, and effectively correct catheter caring is key to placing the PICC pipes successfully and extending service life of the pipes.
