齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床分析

目的探讨齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮组与阿立哌唑组各40例,通过阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和药物副反应量表(TESS)评价两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应,应用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计学分析。结果齐拉西酮组总有效率为87.5%,阿立哌唑组总有效率为90.0%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.0092,P>0.05)。两组治疗2周后PANSS总分和各因子分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗8周末与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组间同一时间点各评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组TESS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症均有良好的效果,且不良反应小,可用于一线临床用药。

Clinical analysis of ziprasidone and aripiprazole in treatment of schizophrenia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ziprasidone and aripiprazole in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 80 cases of patients with schizophrenia were selected and randomly divided into ziprasidone group and aripiprazole group,40 cases in each.Clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of two groups were contrasted by the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） respectively.SPSS 10.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The total effective rate of ziprasidone group was 87.5%,the aripiprazole group was 90.0%,the difference was not significant （x2=0.0092,P〉0.05）.After 2 weeks treatment,PANSS total score and factor scores decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）,after 8 weeks treatment,the difference was significant （P〈0.01）,but the difference of PANSS total score and factor scores be- tween two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）.TESS score between the two groups had no significant difference （P〉 0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Ziprasidone and aripiprazole for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia has a good effect,and the adverse reactions are very small,can be used for first-line clinical practice.
