地奥司明与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联用治疗血栓性痔的临床效果分析

目的探讨地奥司明联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗血栓性痔的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年5月～2012年5月收治的88例血栓性痔患者，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各44例。给予观察组患者地奥司明联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗，给予对照组患者地奥司明治疗，治疗第3、7天时，比较两组的治疗效果：调查患者对治疗后生活质量的满意度。结果治疗第3、7天时，观察组的总有效率分别为79．5％、93．2％，对照组分别为63．6％、72．7％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者对生活质量的满意率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论地奥司明联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗血栓性痔的效果明显优于单独治疗，值得推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of diosmin combined with mayinglong shexiang zhichuang ointments treating thrombosed hemorrhoids

Objective To observe the clinical effect of diosmin combined with mayinglong shexiang zhichuang ointment treating thrombosed hemorrhoids. Methods 88 cases with thrombotic hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group （n=44） and the control group （n=44）.The observation group was treated with diosmin combined with mayinglong shexiang zhichuang ointment,and the control group was treated with diosmin.The treatment effect in the third day and the seventh day of treatment in the two groups was observed,and the satisfaction degree of patients on life quality rate of the two groups was surveyed. Results After the third day and the seventh day treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 79.5% and 93.2% respec- tively,and that of the control group was 63.6% and 72.7% respectively and there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）, The satisfaction rate of the observation group on life quality was evidently higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of diosmin combined with mayinglong shexiang zhichuang ointment treating thrombosed hemorrhoids is better than that of single treatment it is worthy of promotion and application.
