孕期体重管理对围生期结局的影响

目的探讨孕期体重管理对围生期结局的影响。方法选取2011年1月~2012年10月在本院建册、产检并住院分娩的身体健康、单胎、无严重并发症的孕产妇952例,随机分为两组,观察组492例,对照组460例。比较两组不同体重孕妇孕期体重增长人数和增重量、不同BMI增幅孕妇的分娩方式和孕期并发症发生率。结果观察组不同体重孕妇孕期增重量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI增幅为4~6 kg/m2时,观察组子痫前期发生率低于对照组;BMI增幅>6 kg/m2时,观察组妊娠期糖尿病、剖宫产发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期进行体重管理可降低妊娠期糖尿病、子痫前期的发生率及剖宫产率,并改善围生期结局。

Influence of weight management during pregnancy on perinatal outcome

Objective To explore influence of weight management during pregnancy on perinatal outcome.Methods 952 cases of healthy,single fetus with no severe complication pregnant and parturient women who built volumes,prenatal examined and delivered in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,observation group of 492 cases and control group of 460 cases.The number and weight gain of different weight of pregnant women during pregnancy,the mode of delivery and incidence rate of complication during pregnancy was com- pared in two goups respectively.Results Weight gain of different weight of pregnant women during pregnancy in obser- vation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.BMI growth of 4-6 kg/m2,incidence rate of preeclampsia in observation group was lower than that in control group,BMI growth more than 6 kg/m2,incidence rate of gestational diabetes mellitus and rate of cesarean section in observation group was lower than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Weight management during pregnancy can reduce incidence rate of preeclampsia,incidence rate of gestational diabetes mellitus and rate of cesarean section,improve perinatal outcome.
