腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫的效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年2月~2013年10月收治的110例巨大子宫患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,对照组采用开腹全子宫切除术,观察组采用腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间。结果观察组的手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫的临床效果优于开腹全子宫切除术,患者术中出血量少,术后恢复快。

Effect observation of laparoscopically assisted vagnial hysterectomy in the treatment of huge uterine

Abstract:Objective To explore clinical effect of laparoscopically assisted vagnial hysterectomy in the treatment of huge uterine.Methods 110 patients with huge uterine in our hospital from February 2010 to October 2013 were select- ed and divided into observation group and control group,each group of 55 cases,total abdominal hysterectomy was used in control group,laparoscopically assisted vagnial hysterectomy was used in observation group.Operation time,intraoper- ative blood loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,ambulation time,length of hospital stay in two groups was compared re- spectively.Results Operation time in observation group was longer than that in control group,intraoperative blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).Postoperative anal exhaust time,ambulation time,length of hospital stay in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,with statistical differenee (P〈0.05).Conclusion LAVH in the treatment of huge uterine is better than TAH,patient with less intraoperative blood loss,and postoperative recovery fast.
