| 摘 要： | 目的观察盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗冠周炎的临床效果。方法将104例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各52例，实验组应用盐酸米诺环素软膏进行治疗，对照组应用碘甘油进行治疗，3d后复诊，比较两组的疗效。结果实验组显效率为36．5％，明显高于对照组的9．6％，无效率为1．9％，明显低于对照组的15-4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏辅助治疗冠周炎的临床效果显著。

Effect observation of minocycline hydrochloride ointment for adjuvant treatment of pericoronitis |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment for adjuvant treatment of pericoronitis.Methods 104 cases of patients with pericoronitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,the minocycline hydrochloride ointment was given to experimental group,the iodine glycerol was given to control group.The efficacy was observed after 3 days.Results The effective rate of experimental group was 36.5%,was significantly higher than 9.6% of control group,ineffective rate was 1.9%,significantly lower than 15.4% of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.O5）.Conclusion The effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment for adjuvant treatment of pericoronitis is significant. |
