干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的效果观察

目的 观察干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果.方法 将2011年1月～2012年4月住院的80例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组应用布地奈德雾化吸入,治疗组在对照组基础上联合干扰素雾化吸入,观察两组的治疗效果.结果 两组喘憋、喘鸣音消失时间及住院天数比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.治疗组总有效率为90％,对照组总有效率为70％,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 干扰素联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎能快速缓解患儿症状,缩短住院天数,疗效较好,未见明显不良反应.

Efficacy observation of interferon combined with budesonide inhalation on bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of interferon （IFN c~-2b） combined with budesonide in- halation in the treatment of bronehiolitis.Methods 80 cases of hospitalized patients from January 2011 to April 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group,budesonide inhalation was used to the control group,interferon inhalation was added to the treatment group on the basis of control group,the effect was observed betweent two groups.Results There was significant difference between the two groups of wheezing,wheez- ing disappearance time and length of hospital stay （P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,the control group was 70%,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of interferon combined with budesonide inhalation in treatment of bronchiolitis can quickly relieve the symptoms,shorten the hospitalization days,has good curative effect and no obvious adverse reaction.
