甲泼尼松龙治疗重症支气管哮喘的效果分析

目的评价甲泼尼松龙治疗重症支气管哮喘的效果。方法选取重症支气管哮喘患者70例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各35例。两组患者均给予支气管哮喘常规药物治疗，对照组加用地塞米松，观察组加用甲泼尼松龙治疗，2mg／kg，2次／d，连续应用3d。结果观察组的总有效率为91．4％，高于对照组的77．1％（P〈0．05），咳嗽、喘息及肺部体征明显缓解，住院天数短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论甲泼尼松龙能迅速缓解哮喘的临床症状、体征，疗效肯定，可进一步推广应用。

Effect analysis of methylprednisolone in treatment of severe bronchial asthma

Objective To evaluate the effect of methylprednisolone in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma. Methods 70 patients with severe asthma patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group （n=35） and the treatment group （n=35）. Patients in the two groups were given routine drug treatment of bronchial asthma. The control group was treated with dexamethasone while the treatment group was treated with methylprednisolone of 2mg/kg,and twice a day,the treatment lasted 3 days. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （91.4%） was higher than that in the control group （77.1%） （P〈0.05）,cough,wheezing and lung signs in the treatment group alleviated obviouslyilength of hospital stay in the treatment group was shorter than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Methyl- prednisolone can relieve the symptoms of asthma, signs and its curative effect is positive, affirmation and it can be further applied.
