综合护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果观察

目的探讨综合护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者96例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各48例，对照组采用常规治疗和护理，观察组在对照组基础上，采用综合护理干预．比较两组孕产妇的相关并发症发生率、剖宫产率及围产儿相关并发症发生率。结果观察组孕产妇的相关并发症发生率、剖宫产率及围产儿相关并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预能有效减少母婴并发症的发生和降低剖官产率，并降低对母婴健康的危害。

Application effect observation of comprehensive nursing intervention in gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 96 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 eases of each group.Conventional treatment and nursing care was used in control group,on the basis of control group,comprehensive nursing intervention was used in observation group.Related incidence rate of complication,cesarean delivery rate with puerpera,related incidence rate of perinatal complication was compared in two goups respectively.Results Related incidence rate of complication,cesarean delivery rate with puerpera,related inci- dence rate perinatal complication in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce occurrence of maternal and infant complications,reduce cesarean section rate,and reduce harm to maternal and child health.
