垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张大咯血的效果观察

目的 观察垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张大咯血的效果.方法 将本院72例支气管扩张大咯血患者随机分为两组.对照组37例给予垂体后叶素治疗,试验组35例给予垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗.观察两组的疗效、不良反应发生率.结果 试验组的总有效率为94.3％,明显高于对照组的67.6％（P＜0.05）；试验组的不良反应发生率为11.4％,明显低于对照组的29.7％ （P＜0.05）.结论 垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张大咯血效果显著,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床应用.

Effect study of pituitrin combined with phentolamine treating bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis

Objective To observe the effect of pituitrin combined with phentolamine treating bronchiectasis with mas sire hemoptysis. Methods 72 patients with bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis in our hospital were randomly divided into the test group （n=35） and the control group （n=37）.The control group was given pituitrin while the test group was given pituitrin combined with phentolamine.Efficacy and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the test group （94.3%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （67.6%） （P〈0.05）;the incidence rate in the test group （11.4%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （29.7%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of pituitrin combined with phentolamine treating bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis is obvious and has lower incidence rate of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
