颈托制动在急性脑血管意外患者院前急救中的初步应用

目的比较急性脑血管意外患者院前急救采用传统治疗结合颈托和采用传统治疗两种不同模式的疗效和安全性。方法选取68例急性脑血管患者,分为两组:观察组35例,给予传统治疗结合颈托的模式救治;对照组33例,给予传统治疗的模式救治。比较两组的疗效和安全性。结果观察组的总有效率为74.3%,对照组的总有效率为57.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组中有2例患者病情出现恶化。结论急性脑血管意外患者在院前急救中采用传统治疗结合颈托的模式优于传统治疗的模式。

The initial application of cervical collar brake in first aid of the patients with acute cerebrovascular accident

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of different first aid modes for the acute cerebrovascular accident patients. Methods 68 acute cerebrovascular accident patients were selected and divided into 2 groups,the observation group of 35 patients received conventional therapy combined with cervical collar,the control group of 33 patients received conventional therapy.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 74.3% in observation group,the total effective rate was 57.5% in control group,The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.2 patients became worse in control group. Conclusion The mode of con- ventional therapy combined with cervical collar is better than the mode of conventional therapy for the acute cere- brovascular accident patients in first aid.
