超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术对慢性原发性闭角型青光眼的治疗效果

目的评价慢性原发性闭角型青光眼患者行超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术后的疗效。方法对58例（58眼）慢性原发性闭角型青光眼患者行超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术，比较手术前后眼压、前房深度、房角宽度等参数变化。结果患者眼压由术前的（33．75±4．10）mmHg降至术后的（16．24±3．72）mmHg；中央前房深度由术前（1．74±0．32）mm加深至术后的（2．63±0．52）mm，12点位房角宽度由术前的（21．62±2．83）°加宽至术后的（38．79±4．16）°；6点位房角宽度由术前的（23．89±3．54）。加宽至术后的（42．76±3．12）°，手术前后各项参数比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术可以有效降低慢性原发性闭角型青光眼患者的眼压、增加前房深度、加宽房角，并改善眼前段结构的狭窄情况。

Influence of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implan- tation on chronic primary angle closure glaucoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on patients with chronic and primary angle closure glaucoma. Methods 58 patients （58 eyes） with chronic and primary angle closure glaucoma were undergone phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The parameters of intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,and comer width were compared before and after the surgery. Results After the surgery,the intraocular pressure decreased from（33.75±4.10）mm Hg to （16.24±3.72）mm Hg,corner width of 12 points direction widened from（21.62±2.83）° to （38.79±4.16）°,the comer width of 6 points direction widened from （23.89±3.54）° to （42.76±3.12）°,and the anterior chamber depth was deepened from（1.74±0.32）mm to（2.63±0.52）mm. Parameters before and after surgery mentioned above all displayed statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phaco- emulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation can effectively decrease the intraocular pressure,increase the depth of anterior chamber,widen the eye corner, and improve the stenosis of anterior segment of the eyes in patients with chronic primary angle closure glaucoma.
