润肺汤对肺癌患者放射性肺炎及放射性肺纤维化的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨润肺汤对肺癌患者放射性肺炎及放射性肺纤维化的影响。方法:80例经病理学诊断为肺癌患者随机平均分为对照组与观察组。2组患者均接受胸部放疗,观察组在放疗过程中服用中药润肺汤,对照组单纯进行放射治疗。比较两组放射性肺炎及放射性肺纤维化发生率、血清TGF—β蛋白与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量。结果:①治疗后,对照组放射性肺炎与放射性肺纤维发生率均显著大于观察组(分别为40.00%、15.00%,25.00%、10.00%),两组差异具有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01);②对照组治疗后第2周、第4周及第6周血清TGF—β蛋白含量分别为(0.35±0.10)mg·L^-1、(0.39±0.12)mg·L^-1及(0.37±0.11)mg·L^-1,均显著大于观察组的(0.20±0.09)mg·L^-1、(0.16±0.06)mg·L^-1及(0.11±0.02)mg·L^-1(P〈0.05);对照组治疗后第2周、第4周及第6周血清IL-6含量分别为(45.52±10.11)ng·L^-1、(42.15±10.08)ng·L^-1及(41.70±9.56)ng·L^-1,均显著大于观察组的(37.12±9.59)ng·L^-1、(31.28±8.52)ng·L^-1及(27.55±7.17)ng·L^-1(P〈0.05)。结论:中药润肺汤用于肺癌患者放疗时,能显著降低放射性肺炎、放射性肺纤维化的发生率。

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the effect of Runfei Decoction on radiation pneumonitis and radioactive pulmonary fibrosis of patients with lung cancer. Methods : 80 cases of patients pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each of 50 cases. The two groups of patients both received thoracic radiotherapy, and the observation group was given Runfei Decoction during radiotherapy, the control group was treated with radiation therapy only. The incidence of radioactive pneumonia and radiation-induced lung fibrosis, serum TGF-β protein and interleukin -6 (IL-6) levels of the two groups were compared. Resuhs:(1)After treatment, the incidences of radioactive pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrogenesis were significantly greater than the ob- served group ( espectively : 40.00% vs. 15.00% , 25.00% vs. 10.00% ) , with significant differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 01). (2) The serum TGF-13 protein levels of the control group were (0.35 ± 0. 10) mg·L^-1 , (0.39 ± 0. 12) mg·L^-1 and (0.37 ±0. 11 ) mg·L^-1 after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks,which were significantly greater than that of the observation group [ respectively (0.20+0.09) mg·L^-1,(0.16±0.06) mg·L^-1 and (0.11-+0.02) mg·L^-1(p〈0.05).The serum IL-6 levels of the control group respectively were (45.52 ±10.11) ng·L^-1,(42.15±10.08) ng·L^-1 and (41.70±9.56) ng·L^-1] after2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks,which were significantly greater than that of the observation group [ (37.12 ±9.59) ng·L^-1, (31.28 ± 8.52 ) ng·L^-1 and (27.55± 7.17 ) ng·L^-1] ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Herbal Runfei Decoction treatment of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy can significantly reduce the occurrence rate of radiation pneumonitis and radioactive pulmonary fibrosis.
