针灸治疗持续性植物状态述评

针灸具有醒脑开窍、改善大脑的血液循环、促进脑神经细胞的恢复与再生、刺激处于＂休眠＂状态的神经细胞、以解除大脑皮层抑制的作用,临床用于治疗持续性植物状态（persistent vegetative state,PVS）疗效显著。在针灸方法上多采用头针、体针、电针等综合应用;在穴位选择上多侧重于头面部腧穴和督脉在头面部的穴位;在针灸方案中多采用醒脑开窍等偏重于促醒的治疗思路及穴位强刺激的治疗方法。未来针灸实践中应进一步明确刺激量、作用时间,以寻求针灸促醒持续性植物状态的最佳治疗方案。

Review on Acupuncture Treatment of Persistent Vegetative State

Acupuncture has activiting brain and regaining consciousness, improvement brain blood circulation, promotion the recovery and regeneration of the nerve cells, stimulation of nerve cells is in a state of ＂dormancy＂ to relieve the cerebral cortex inhibition effect, and clinical used in the treatment of persistent vegetative state（PVS） has remarkable curative effect. Acupuncture methods usually with comprehensive application such as scalp-acupuncture, body-acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and so on ; acupoint selection more focus on the head face and du meridian acupoints in facial acupoints. Analysis that acupuncture treatment PVS more focus on the ideas of a- waking up and strong acupoint stimulation treatments. The future acupuncture practice should be further defined stimulus quantity and time of action to seek the optimal management of acupuncture promoting wake up PVS.
