中医药对肿瘤患者化疗后生存质量的影响

中医认为，恶性肿瘤是全身性疾病的局部表现，是正虚邪实，虚实夹杂，而且较为严重地疾病。中医药对减轻恶性肿瘤患者的痛苦，提高生活质量，有着很大优势。中医药可以防治恶性肿瘤手术、放化疗后的复发转移，从而延长生存期及提高生活质量；中医药可以提高手术、放化疗治疗的疗效，减轻其不良反应，促进康复，延长生存期及提高生活质量；中医药对于不适合手术、放化疗的患者或终末期患者，中医药作为主要治疗方法，可控制肿瘤生长、减轻症状，在一定程度上延长生存期及提高生活质量。中医药是综合治疗恶性肿瘤不可缺少的手段之一。

Chinese medicine is one of the means of comprehensive treat- ment of malignant tumor.
