治疗药物监测数据管理系统的开发与应用

目的:建立治疗药物监测(TDM)数据管理系统,实现对患者血药浓度和随行质控数据的信息化管理。方法:在Windows平台下利用Access数据库技术,通过建立各表之间的关系、创建查询、报表设计、创建窗体、建立各窗体之间的联系、切换面板设计管理等开发了TDM数据管理系统。结果与结论:建立的系统用户界面良好,数据类型多样、录入便捷,各表数据之间可实现级联更新,数据检索便捷,可进行报表打印及有效、规范的数据管理与统计分析,并实现随行质控数据的及时跟踪与管理,服务于临床与患者。

Development and Application of Data Management System for Therapeutic Drug Monitoring

OBJECTIVE： To develop data management system for therapeutic drug monitoring （TDM）, and to implement infor- mationzation management of blood drug concentration and accompanying quality control. METHODS： TDM database was constructed with Windows operating platform by means of Access software to establish the relationship of forms, inquiry construction, report forms design, window creation, the relationship of windows, switch panel design and management, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： TDM database provides good user interface and various data types; has the advantages of convenient data input and retrieval, cascading update of forms; can print report form, carry out effective and standard data management, statistical analysis; achieves timely tracking and management of accompanying quality control, and be of service to the clinic and patient.
