舍曲林联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗糖尿病并发抑郁症临床研究

目的：观察舍曲林联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗糖尿病并发抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将116例糖尿病并发抑郁症患者随机分成对照组56例和观察组60倒。除外常规降血糖治疗，对照组采用舍曲林治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。结果：对照组有效率为76．67％，观察组有效率为91．67％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗1周、2周、4周、6周、8周后观察组HADM评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：舍曲袜联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗糖尿病并发抑郁症能够提高疗效，同时降低不良反应发生率。，

Clinical Research on Sertraline Combined with Shugan Jieyu Capsule in Treating Diabetes Complicated with Depression

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Sertraline combined with Shugan Jieyu Capsule in treating diabetes complicated with depression. Methods： 116 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group of 56 cases and the observation group of 60 cases. Besides conventional anti-diabetic therapy, the control group was given Sertraliue and the observation group was additionally given Shugan Jieyu Capsule on the basis of the control group. Results ：The effective rate of the control group was 76.67% and the observation group was 91.67 % , compared with the two groups, the difference was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. HADM score of the observation group 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were all lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Sertraline combined with Shugan Jieyu Capsule in treating diabetes complicated with depression can improve the effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
