放疗联合生津汤治疗喉癌临床观察

目的：观察放疗联合生津汤治疗老年喉癌患者的临床疗效。方法：50例喉鳞癌患者随机分为两组,对照组（放疗组）28例,采用直线加速器适形调强放射治疗的方法,照射能量设定为6 mV-X射线,200 cGy·次-1,每周5次,总DT 60 Gy,所有患者放疗期间按反应程度加用激素、抗生素,必要时放疗前行气管切开术植入金属套管。治疗组（放疗＋生津汤口服）22例,放疗方法与对照组一致,在放疗期间,加用生津汤口服,观察两组患者口腔黏膜反应严重程度。结果：治疗组所有患者中无重度反应,轻度反应者17例,中度反应者5例,对照组患者中轻度反应14例,中度反应10例,重度反应4例。两组患者比较,轻度反应差异不显著（P〉0.05）,中度及重度反应差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：生津汤对改善肿瘤放疗患者口腔黏膜反应具有较好效果,可最大限度地提高放疗剂量,且无明显不良反应。

Clinical Observation on Radiotherapy and Sheng Jin Decoction Treatment of Laryngeal Cancer

Objective：To observe the curative effect of radiotherapy and Sheng Jin Decoction treatment of senile patients with laryngeal cancer. Methods ：50 patients with laryngeal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 28 cases（ radiotherapy group） was adopted the method of conformal intensity modulated radiotherapy linear accelerator, radiation energy set with 6 mV X-ray, 200 cGy per time ,5 times a week, DT60 Gy, All patients according to the degree of reaction during radiotherapy plus hormones, antibiot- ics, necessary for radiotherapy forward tracheotomy embedded metal casing. The treatment group（ radiotherapy and Sheng Jin Decoction） of 22 cases, radiation therapy same as the control group, during the radiotherapy plus Sheng Jin Decoction, and observed oral mucosa re- action extent of patients in the two groups. Results：All patients in the treatment group without severe reactions, 17 cases with mild reac- tion ,5 cases with moderate reaction, and in the control group, 14 cases with mild to moderate reaction, 10 cases with moderate reaction, 4 cases of severe reaction. Comparison the two groups of patients showed that mild reaction was not significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）, and moderate and severe reactions were significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Sheng Jin Decoction improvement oral mucosa re- action in patients with tumor radiation therapy has good effect, which can Improve the radiation dose maximumly, with no obvious ad- verse reactions ,worthy of clinical promotion.
