艾滋病临床技术指导现状分析

自1981年在美国发现艾滋病以来,医务工作者就对这一新生病种进行多方面的研究,努力探索其治疗方法,并形成了一系列的指南及相关技术指导原则。但是艾滋病的治疗指南及临床技术指导仍很不完善,特别是中医治疗存在以下几个问题：1虽然中医药防治艾滋病可改善患者的症状、体征,增强患者免疫功能,改善患者的生存质量,但其作用机制不清;2中医药治疗艾滋病的疗效评价没有统一的标准;3中医药治疗艾滋病的研究缺乏大样本、多中心、高质量的随机对照双盲研究,临床试验总体水平较低,说服力及可重复性不高;4中药研究经历了从单味中药、复方到中成药的发展阶段,但是研究多不规范,没有按照新药开发要求,药物的基础研究较少,只有少数中药复方进行了相关药效学研究,中药新药很少;5中医指南及临床技术指导原则较少,且没有国家卫生行政部门颁发的统一标准;6现行艾滋病中医临床技术指导应用范围较窄,更新较慢;7艾滋病中医规范化临床技术指导原则很少被西医认可及接受。

Analysis on the Present Situation of HIV/AIDS Standardized Clinical Technical Guidance

HIV/AIDS has founded in the United States since 1981, medical workers has done a lot of researches on this new disease, try- ing to explore the treatment method, and form a series of guidelines and relevant technical guidelines. But HIV treatment guidelines and clinical technical guidance is still not perfect,especially the traditional Chinese medicine treatment exist the following problems：（1）although AIDS prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine can improve the patients＇ symptoms,signs,enhance the immune function of patients and improve the patient＇s quality of life, but its mechanism is not elear;（2）eurative effect evaluation of traditional Chinese medi- cine treatment of HIV/AIDS has no unified method ;（3）research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of HIV/AIDS is multifarious, the lack of large sample, mnlticenter, high-quality randomized double-blind study, and clinical trials overall level is low, persuasive and repeatability is not high;（4）the drug research of traditional Chinese medicine has experienced from the single taste traditional Chinese medicine,the compound to the proprietary Chinese medicine research, but research is not standard, not in accordance with the require- ments for new drug development, the basis of drug research is less,the related pharmacodynamics research on only a handful of Chinese medicine compound, few of new drug of TCM ;（5）the guidance of TCM and clinical technology guiding principle is less, and there is no unified standards issued by the state administrative department of public health;（6）AIDS standardization of TCM clinical technical guid-ance is less,narrow application range and not strong practicality, and slow updating;（7）AIDS standardization of TCM clinical technical guidelines is rarely the recognized and accepted by western medicine.
