中西医结合治疗免疫性不育症临床研究

目的：观察肠溶阿司匹林联合中药治疗免疫性不育症的临床疗效。方法：2010年6月至2013年12月郑州市中医院门诊的男性不育症患者中,混合抗球蛋白反应试验阳性者150例,按统计学随机数字表法（2∶1）分为2组,治疗组100例,对照组50例。治疗组采用肠溶阿司匹林（每次25 mg,每天3次,口服）联合中药治疗。对照组采用强的松片,每天10 mg,口服。两组均以1个月为1个疗程。治疗组100例,痊愈42例,显效21例,有效26例,无效11例,有效率89.00%;对照组50例,痊愈16例,显效8例,有效4例,无效22例,有效率56.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（χ2=21.154,P〈0.05）。结论：肠溶阿司匹林联合中药治疗免疫性不育症临床疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Enteric Aspirin Combined Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Immune Infertility

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of enteric aspirin combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of immune infertility. Methods：150 cases with MAR positive in our hospital outpatient service of male infertility patients from June 2010 to Decem- ber 2013 were randomly divided into two groups（2 ： l ） ,the treatment group of 100 cases,and the control group of 50 cases. The treat- ment group was given enteric aspirin（25 mg per time ,3 times a day, oral） with traditional Chinese medicine therapy, the control group was given prednisone piece, 10mg a day,oral. 1 month for a period of treatment of the two groups. Results：In the treatment group,42 ca- ses were cured,21 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective, 11 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 89.00% ;in the control group, 16 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,22 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 56.00% , the comparison of two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant （χ2 = 21. 154 ,P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Enteric aspirin combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of MAR positive patients has a satisfactory clinical efficacy, which deserves further research.
