穴位贴敷联合督灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究

目的：观察穴位贴敷联合督灸治疗慢型阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床疗效。方法：将120例COPD患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予穴位贴敷、督灸治疗,共治疗4个月。结果：治疗前两组症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后观察组咳嗽、咳痰、胸闷、气短等症状积分与对照组比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前两组FVC、FEV1、FEV1%比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后观察组各项肺功能指标与对照组比较,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位贴敷配合督灸治疗COPD疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Acupoint Sticking Combined with Du Moxibustion Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint sticking and du moxibustion treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD）. Methods： 120 cases of patients with COPD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The ob- servation group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with acupoint sticking, du moxibustion therapy based on the control group. A total of 4 months of treatment. Results ： The symptoms integral ： comparison between the two groups before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after treatment, cough, sputum, chest congestion, shortness of breath and other symptoms integral of the observation group decreased relatively lower than that of the control（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Lung func- tion： comparison FEV1 ,FEV1% of the two groups before treatment showed that there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; after treatment FEV 1 and FEV 1% of the observation group were both higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupoint sticking combined with du moxibustion treatment of COPD has significant effect.
