大建中汤喷雾干燥工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优化大建中汤的喷雾干燥工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以出粉率和人参皂苷的含量为指标,对影响大建中汤喷雾干燥过程的因素进行考察。结果:最佳工艺经过验证,其工艺参数为:浸膏相对密度1.08,进风温度140℃,流速8mL·min^-1,辅料用量3%。结论:该工艺合理,稳定性好。为实验进一步研究提供了基础。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the spray drying technology for Da Jianzhong Tang. Methods:Use orthogonal test, extraction rate and ginsenoside as evaluation indexes. Investigate the influence factor for the spray drying process for Da Jianzhong Tang. Results:The optimum technological condition was determined : relative density : 1.08 mg·mL-1, intake airflow temperature : 140 ℃, flow rate : 8 mL·min-1 , accessories dosage:3 %. Conclusion:The optimum technology is reasonable and reliable and provide a basis for the further exper-iment.
