针刺结合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛临床研究

目的：观察针刺疗法结合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法：选取263例腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同随机分为治疗组（针刺结合中药熏洗治疗）141例及对照组（常规西药治疗）122例,连续治疗4周为1个疗程,比较两组患者的临床疗效情况。结果：治疗组患者愈显率明显高于对照组（χ2=8.032,P=0.027）,两组患者治疗前VAS评分及症状分级量化评分比较均无明显差异（P〉0.05）,治疗后两组患者各项指标均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05）,但同期比较治疗组改善更加明显（P〈0.05）。结论：针刺疗法结合中药熏洗治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰腿痛效果理想。

Clinical Research on Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Fumigation of Chinese Medicine in Treating Postoperative Lumbocrural Pain of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy combined with fumigation of Chinese medicine in treating postoperative lumbocrural pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods ：263 cases with postoperative lumbocrnral pain of lumbar disc herniation were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, the treatment group of 141 cases was given acupuncture therapy combined with fumigation of Chinese medicine and the control group of 122 cases was given conventional western medicine therapy. Treating for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results：The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was evidently higher than that of the control group （χ2 = 8. 032 ,P = 0.027）. There was no evident difference for VAS score and symptom classifying quantization score before treatment between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The indicators of two groups after treatment improved evidently compared with that before treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the treatment group was more evident （ P 〈 0.05 ）, which had statistical significance. Conclusion ： Acupuncture therapy combined with fumigation of Chinese medicine in treating postoperative lumbocrnral pain of lumbar disc herniation has ideal effect.
