| 摘 要： | 研究４２例胰头切除术病人的糖代谢及胰腺外分泌功能，结果显示术前及ＰＤ后１－２个月患者空腹血糖正常，尿糖阴性，尿糖阴性，但ＯＧＴＴ呈糖尿病曲线；胰岛素释放试验结果类似，但总水平偏低；ＰＡＢＡ排泄低于正常值。术后１－２年上述三项检查值基本上恢复正常，可以健康地生活无需特殊治疗。而全胰切除术后无例外地发生１型糖尿病，胰腺外分泌完全丧失。

| Abstract: | The paper presents a study of changes in carbohydrate metabolism and exocrine function of pancreas after pancreaticoduodenectony in 42 cases, The results showed that before and 1-2 months after resection the levels of fasting blood glucose were normal,urine glucose were negetive, with OGTT presenting diabetic curve. The results of insulin secretion test were comparable with those of OGTT, but the absolute levels were a little lower than those of the normal. The PABA excretion rates were lower.The tests carried out one to two years following the operation recovered near normal and the patients resumed their normal activities.All the cases with total pancreatectomy suffered diabetes l and lose their exocrine function of the pancreas. |
