充氧温血停跳液连续逆行灌注用于重症双瓣替换术：附3例报告

方法是常规建立体外循环，在循环阻断后，行经各主动脉根部顺行灌注冷晶体停跳液，随即切开右心房，直视下插入冠状静脉窦灌注管，连续灌注充氧温血停跳液。、该方法主要优点是在术中维持心肌的有氧代谢，防止心肌缺血性损害和再满足注损伤，从而使缺血的心肌得到有效的保护，明显优于冷晶体灌注法，对重症复杂病例尤为适用。

Retrograde Continuous Perfusion with Warm Oxygenated Blood in Surgery of High Risk Double Valve Replacement

This report introduces a myocardial protection method.First,establish the cardiopulmonary bypass as usual.Perfuse the cooling crystalloid solution through the aortic root after cross-clamping the aorta. Then incise the right artrum and insert a tube into the coronary sinus directly,with continuous perfusion of warm oxygenated blood.The advantages are that oxygen supply to mycardium is maintained,and the mycardial ischemic injury is almost eliminated and thus myocardium can be protected effectively in the operation.
