摘    要:采用电镜技术研究对组织超微结构的影响。观察显示:肝窦和肺泡隔毛细血管内皮肿胀及缺损形成、损伤区血小板聚集脱颗粒、中性白细胞滞留。肝细胞线粒体肿胀空化,粗面内质网扩张囊泡脱颗粒。肺泡出血水肿。镧标记和ALP定位技术证明镧颗粒进入细胞及线粒体、毛细胆管紧密联接区有

Abstract:Effects on liver and other organs of experimental rabbits with biliary calculi undergoing ESWL were studied on electron microscopy. The endotheliocytes of hepatic sinusoids and alveolar capillaries were swollen and damaged; many aggregated platelets with release of cytoplasmic granules adhered to the damaged endotheliocytes and the neutrophils detained in the lumen of capillaries; there was bleeding in the alveolar capillaries. Changes of liver commonly seen include hydropic mitochondria,frank cavitation of the mitochondria matrix and loss of cristae,dilatation and vesiculation of endoplasmic reticulum. The application of lanthanum as a marker in ultrastructural study demonstrated that intracellular lanthanum could be observed and it entered the swollen mitochondria selectively. With deposition of ALP ase reaction products and lanthanum in the tight junctions of capillaries. The results suggest that the capillary endotheliocytes appear to be the target of shock wave,and injury of the permeability of the membranous organelles is the early effects of ESWL on the tissue.
