摘    要:用低剂量对SD大鼠连续染毒7天,并用钙调素拮抗剂氯丙嗪进行防护性干预在染毒第4天时,防护组动物尿NAG明显低于单纯镉染毒组;第7天时防护组的尿镉含量显著高于单纯镉染毒组,血镉水平则明显降低;停止染毒后第3周时,防护级肾皮内镉的蓄积亦显著减少,电镜下观察到肾皮质的超微结构受到氯丙嗪的保护。氯丙嗪对镉引起的肾皮质CaM含量降低有轻度保护作用。提示,钙调素拮抗剂对镉中毒机体有一定的保护作用,镉对机体的损

Abstract:Sprague-Dawley rats were given chlorpromazine (CPZ),5mg/kg i.p.immediately after administration of low dose of CdCl2,0.44mgCd/kg i.p.Then,urinary NAG,urinary cadmium and blood cadmim were determined.Three weeks after the last administration,all the animals were killed and the cadmium accumulation,content of calmodulin in the renal cortex,the ultrastructural damage of proximal convoluted tubules were examined.Re.sults shown that the calmodulin antagonist protected against certain toxic effects induced by cadmium. These data provide new evidence for the new hypothesis that the cross effect of cadmim and calcium in Calmodulin-dependent systems may be the mechanism of cadmium poisoning.In addition,we propose that the calmodulin antagonist may be taken into consideration in the therapy of heavy metal induced disease.
