糖尿病人左室舒张功能超声心动图观察

摘    要:应用M型、二维超声心动图和脉冲多普勒超声心动图,评价糖尿病人的左室舒张功能。结果表明:①左房收缩引起的AV平面位移增加;心房收缩期AV平面位移与全舒张期位移的比值大于50%;②二尖瓣血流A峰最大流速大于E峰最大流速;A/E比值大于1;③多普勒二尖瓣血流A/E值与左房影响的AV平位移存在良好的相关性提示定量检测AV平面位移,可作为左室舒张功能评价的一项新的超声心动图指标。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the left ventricular function of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM), Atrioventricular(AV) plane displacement and Dopplar spectral flow were performed. The result showed that:(1)an increase in the motion of AV plane caused by left atrial contration (2)The"A"wave velocities of the transmitral Doppler flow were faster than the "E" wave's. The ratio of the velocities of the "A" wave to the "E" wave was smaller than 1. (3) There was a good linear correlation between the atrial contributions to diastolic AV plane displacement and the transmitral A/E waves. This study demonstrates that measurements of AV plane displacement by echocardiography can be regarded as a new target for the assessment of left ventricular diastolic function.
