经脾脏注射血吸虫虫卵实验方法的探讨

报告应用经脾脏注射虫卵法建立Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６小鼠日本血吸虫肝虫卵肉芽肿模型，并与自然感染模型作比较。结果表明，脾脏注射组小鼠肝虫卵肉芽肿发生率为１００％，其肉芽肿的形态、细胞组成、转化发展过程均与自然感区染模型相似。本实验提示经脾脏注射虫卵是一种较好的、建立小鼠日本血吸虫肝虫卵肉芽肿模型的方法。

Research on the Experimental Method of Injecting Eggs of Schistosoma Japonicum Direcly Into Spleen

Direct splenic injection of vital-egg suspension with an idea to establish experimental model of hepatic Schistosoma japonicum egg granuloma in C57 BL/6 mice, was reported here. Mice naturally infected with cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum were used for control studies. The results showed that the occurrence of hepatic Schistosoma japonicum egg granulomas in mice with eggs injected via slpeen was 100% The morphology,cellular constituents, developing process of egg granulomas in both the experimental group and the controls were similar. It is suggested that direct injection of eggs into the spleen isa useful and appropriate method to establish experimental model of hepatic Schistosoma japonicum egg granulomas in mice.
