从肝论治卒中后肩-手综合征36例

目的观察从肝论治卒中后肩-手综合征的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲分为治疗组36例,对照组35例,两组在神经内科一般治疗处理及基础康复治疗基础上,治疗组予柔肝理筋,化湿通络法自拟方口服,对照组予口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片,观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、Brothel指数评分、上肢Fug-Meyer评分及水肿程度评分,共治疗8周。结果两组治疗后临床疗效、Brothel指数评分、上肢Fug-Meyer评分及水肿程度评分,治疗组明显优于对照组(P0.05),且两组治疗前后比较评分均有明显差异性(P0.01、P0.05)。结论运用柔肝理筋,化湿通络法,从肝论治卒中后肩-手综合征可改善患者的上肢关节疼痛、肿胀,痉挛状态,进而改善患者的运动功能。
