细菌性肝脓肿早期CT诊断价值的探讨(附16例分析)

为探讨细菌性肝脓肿早期ＣＴ特征，作者回顾分析１６例经手术病理或临床其它方法证实的细菌性肝脓肿早期的ＣＴ资料。结果：ＣＴ平扫所有病变呈现均匀或不均匀低密度影，大部分病变边界清楚。增强扫描可表现为“簇形征”或“蜂窝征”，病灶内呈斑片状强化，或见“边缘强化征”等。作者认为这些征象对细菌性肝脓肿具有重要的诊断价值。

research on CT diagnosis of early bacterial hepatic abscess: Analysis of 16 cases

In order to investigate the CT features of early bacterial abscess of the liver,CT materials of 16 cases of early bacterial hepatic abscesses confirmed by pathology or other clinical methods were analysed retrospectively in this article The chief CT findings were that,on plain CT scan,all the lesions have homogeneous or inhomogeneous lower densities and most of the lesions had clear edges(12 cases),and,on constract enhanced scan,the CT findings were cluster sign or honeycomb sign,patchy enhancement inside lesion and enhancement of the edge,et al The conclusion is that these CT features are very significant to the diagnosis of early bacterial hepatic abscess
