| 摘 要： | 目的:观察启闭益气汤保留灌肠治疗前列腺增生所致尿潴留疗效。方法:选门诊及住院病人58例,随机分为两组,治疗组31例用启闭益气汤煎剂保留灌肠,治愈率68%,有效率90%。对照组27例用酚苄明片口服,治愈率52%,有效率85%,两组疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the curative effect of retention enema with decoction for opening close and tonifying qi on hyperplasia of prostate gland. Method: 58 cases of hyperplasia of prostate gland were randomly divided into treatment that treated with retention enema in decoction for opening close and tonifying qi and control that treated in phenoxybenzamine. Results: the healing rate was 68% and effective power was 90% in the treatment and the healing rate was 52% and effective power was 85% in the control. Conclusion: retention enema with Chinese medicine has the good effective to treat hyperplasia of prostate gland. |
