阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的心理健康状况分析

目的分析睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者的心理健康状况。方法将2004年6月-2005年6月在我科行手术的50例OSAS患者做为研究组,随机选50例健康人做为对照组分别进行抑郁(SAS)、焦虑(SDS)症状评定及症状自评量表测定,比较2组中指标的差异性。结果研究组各因子分躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、精神性以及SAS、SDS得分均明显高于对照组。抑郁和焦虑发生率均明显高于对照组。结论OSAS患者存在显著的心理健康卫生问题,护士应给予积极有效地护理干预。

Analysis on psychological health status of patients with sleep apnea syndrome

Objective To investigate psychological health status of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods 50 patients who suffered OSAS and received operation from June,2004 to June,2005 were selected as research group.50 healthy person were selected as control group.The patients in two groups were assessed with Zung Self-rating Depression Scale,Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and SCL-90,and then the data were compared.Results The scores of SCL-90(body symptoms,anxiety,depression, psychoticism) and SAS and SDS of the patients in research group were higher than those of patients in control group.The occurring rate of depression and anxiety of the patients in research group were lighter than that of the patients in control group.Conclusions Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome have obvious mental health problems and need nurses' effective nursing.
