| 摘 要： | 目的 研究高血压与胰岛素抵抗及瘦素水平的相关性。方法 高血压患者120例,其中男性70例、女性50例,平均年龄63.5±9.6岁。对照组60例,其中男性40例、女性20例,平均年龄63.1±10.2岁。空腹采集静脉血标本,测定血糖、血脂、胰岛素及瘦素水平。测定和计算体重指数、腹围与脂肪百分比及胰岛素抵抗指数。结果 高血压组与对照组比较,血清甘油三酯、腹围、脂肪百分比、HOMA-IR、胰岛素和瘦素水平明显高于对照组,差异有显著性。Lo-gistic回归分析,瘦素和HOMA-IR是高血压的独立危险因子。结论 高血压与胰岛素抵抗及瘦素水平呈显著相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between hypertension and insulin resistance and serum leptin.Methods 120 patient with hypertension and 60 normal controls were recruited in this study.The fasting serum sugar,lipids,insulin and leptin were detected respectively.Body high,weight and waist circumference were measured,and their body mass index(BMI)and fat percent and HOMA-IR were calculated.Results There were obviously higher level of triglyceride,waist circumference,fat percent,Insulin,leptin and HOMA-IR in hypertensive group than those in control group.Logistic regression analysis revealed that Insulin resistance and serum leptin level are independent risk factors for hypertension.Conclusion Hypertension is positively correlation with insulin resistance and leptin. |
