血清胶原酶含量在妊娠及分娩中的变化与宫颈成熟关系的探讨

目的　研究血清胶原酶含量在妊娠及分娩中的变化与宫颈成熟的关系。方法　选择非孕、妊娠各期、分娩及产后期妇女共 2 80例 ,用夹心ELISA法检测血清中多核白细胞分泌的胶原酶质量分数。结果　妊娠 37周开始血清胶原酶质量分数逐渐增加 ,至分娩的活跃期达到最高水平。胶原酶质量分数与宫颈之Bishop评分成正相关。结论　白细胞分泌之胶原酶在分娩中起重要作用 ,可以作为判定宫颈成熟的客观指标

The relationship between serum collagenase and cervical ripening during pregnancy and parturition

Objective To study the changes of serum collagenase in the pregnancy and parturition periods and its relation with cervical ripening.Methods The serum collagenase were measured in 40 non-pregnant women and 280 pregnant women.The collagenase levels were determined by the method of Sandwich-ELISA.Results The collagenase remained low level up to the 37th week of gestation.After that,we found a gradual increase.The maximum peak was reached in the active phase of parturition.The level of collagenase was positively related with the Bishop score of cervix.Conclusion The results show that collagenase secreted by leucocytes plays an important role in parturitin and may be an objective index in evaluating cervical ripening.
