慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期病人的康复治疗

[目的 ]提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD )病人呼吸肌的肌力和耐力。 [方法 ]将 10 0例COPD病人随机分为两组 ,观察组 5 0例 ,进行抗阻力深慢腹式呼吸训练 ,对照组 5 0例 ,进行单纯深慢腹式呼吸训练 ,于训练前和训练后 1个月、2个月、3个月分别测定肺功能、12min步行距离和生活质量 ,并对比训练前后的变化。[结果 ]观察组经训练后呼吸肌的肌力、耐力和各项指标的改善程度明显优于对照组。 [结论 ]抗阻力深慢腹式呼吸训练可改善COPD病人的肺功能和生活质量。

Rehabilitative treatment in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage

Objective: to enhance the muscle strength and endurance of respiratory muscle in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients, a total of 100 cases with COPD were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of test group 50 cases were taken anti-resistance deep and slow abdominal breathing training. While the other 50 cases patients with the same number in control group were given simple deep and slow abdominal breathing exercises. Indexes including lung function, walking distance within 12 min and living quality of them were observed before training, one month, two months and three months after practice. Changes of above mentioned indexes of all subjects before and after training were compared with each other. Result: muscular strength, endurance and other indexes of test group patients have far more improved after training than that in control group. Conclusion: it suggested that the anti-resistance deep and slow abdominal breathing exercises that obviously enhanced the lung function and living quality of patients with COPD.
