摘    要:目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在汶川大地震期间颅脑外伤检查中的应用价值.资料与方法 292例行MSCT检查的颅脑外伤患者,利用多平面重组(MPR) 及三维(3D)重组显示颅脑外伤病灶.结果 MSCT横断位结合MPR成像能清晰显示颅内损伤情况,3D图像能直观地显示骨折的位置、类型、范围、不规则骨折线走行及骨折块移位等空间关系.结论 MSCT检查速度快,MPR及3D能清晰显示颅脑外伤病灶,对地震期间大量伤病员的检查具有重要的应用价值.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and clinical values of multislice spiral CT(MSCT)in cerebral trauma caused by the major earthquake of Wenchuan. Materials and Methods 292 victims with cerebral trauma were examined with 16 slice Spiral CT.Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and 3 dimensional(3D) reconstruction were used to show the lesion of cerebral trauma.
