米索前列醇联合麻醉药用于负压吸引术的临床观察

目的评价米索前列醇联合盐酸利多卡因、米索前列醇联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆用于人工流产镇痛的有效性和可行性。方法 600例自愿要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女按知情同意和随机的原则分为4组。A组术前单用米索前列醇;B组术前用米索前列醇,术中联合使用盐酸利多卡因;C组术前用米索前列醇,术中联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆;D组为对照组术前术中不用任何药物。比较4组对象负压吸引术中宫颈扩张情况、镇痛效果、术中出血量、手术时间等。结果各观察组宫颈扩张程度明显好于对照组(P<0.01),各观察组间无显著性差异(P>0.01);各观察组镇痛有效率高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01);B组与C组镇痛有效率高于A组(P<0.01),但两组间差异无显著性(P>0.01);各观察组术中出血量及手术时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01),各观察组间差异无显著性(P>0.01)。结论米索前列醇联合盐酸利多卡因、米索前列醇联合盐酸丁卡因胶浆用于负压吸引术,有较好的宫颈松弛作用、镇痛效果好、术中出血少、手术时间短,特别是米索前列醇和盐酸丁卡因胶浆联合使用,操作更方便安全,值得在基层推广应用。

The Clinical Observation of Misoprostol combined with Anesthetics for Vacuum Aspiration

Objective The evaluation of misoprostol joint lidocaine hydrochloride, hydrochloric acid tetracaine mucilage for abortion the effectiveness and feasibility of analgesia. Methods 6 cases of voluntary requirements of termination of pregnancy by informed consent and women results of random principles are divided into four groups. A group of preoperative group B with misoprostol, preoperative misoprostol intraoperative use a combination of lidocaine hydrochloride, preoperative group C misoprostol intraoperative hydrochloride mucilage tetracaine joint D group, for the preoperative intraoperatie without any drugs, compared with four groups of objects in cervical dilatation, analgesic effect, perioperative bleeding, operation time, and so on. Results The observation group significantly better in cervical expansion than control group （P0.01）, the observation group there was no signifi cant difference （P0.01）;efficient analgesia has significant difference, the observation group superior to controls group （P0.01）, Group B and C superior to A group of analgesia efficient than（P0.01）, but no significant difference between B and C groups （P0.01）; the observation group perioperative bleeding and operation time were less than control group （P0.01）, the observation groups were no significant difference between （P0.01）. Conclusions Misoprostol joint lidocaine hydrochloride, cable joint hydrochloric acid tetracaine mucilage for vacuum aspiration, good effect and analgesic effects cervical flabby, less bleeding, operation time is short, especially meters and hydrochloric acid tetracaine mucilage joint use, operation more than convenient and safe in grass-roots application.
