藤茶总黄酮体外抗人肝癌细胞作用研究

目的:研究藤茶总黄酮体外抗人肝癌细胞的作用。方法:以MTT法、细胞生长曲线法、集落形成法观察藤茶提取物对人肝癌BEL7404细胞的体外抑制作用。结果:藤茶总黄酮能显著抑制体外培养的BEL7404细胞的生长。MTT法测得的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为28·59μg·mL-1;细胞生长曲线法提示藤茶总黄酮对BEL7404细胞的生长有显著的抑制作用;集落形成法提示当药物浓度在22·22μg·mL-1以上时IC50为100%,当药物浓度在14·81μg·mL-1时IC50为58·05%。结论:藤茶总黄酮对体外培养的BEL7404细胞有显著的抑制作用。

Inhibitory Effect of Total Flavonoids of Ampelopsis Grossedentata on Human Hepatoma Carcinoma Cells in Vitro

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the inhibitory effect of the total flavoniods of Ampelopsis grossedentata on human hepatoma carcinoma cells （HCC） in vitro. METHODS： The inhibitory effect of the total fIavoniods of Ampelopsis grossedentara extract on human hepatoma carcinoma BELT404 cells in vitro was analyzed by MTT, cell growth curve method and colony formation method, respectively. RESULTS： The total flavonoids of Ampelopsis grossedentata significantly inhibited the growth of BEL 7404 cells in vitro. MTT assay showed that the IC50 was 28.59 μg·mL^-1the cell growth curve measurement showed that the total flavonoids of Ampelopsis grossedentata significantly inhibited the growth of BEL 7404 cells; the colony formation assay showed that the IC50 was 100% at a drug concentration of above 22.22μg·mL^-1 and the IC50 was 58.05% at a drug concentration of 14.81μg·mL^-1.CONCLUSION： The total flavonoids of Ampelopsis grossedentata have a remarkable inhibitory effects on the growth of BEL 7404 in vitro.
