| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体表心电图P波时限大于0.12 ms,其临床特点和相关疾病分析。方法收集2010-01-01-2010-12-31在解放军总医院住院期间体表心电图提示P波时限大于0.12 ms的患者134例。收集其临床表现,超声心动图,胸部X线片,随访资料,进行回顾性分析。结果原发性高血压患者68例,占51%,其中30例合并冠心病,占所有高血压患者44%,同时合并冠心病和高血压患者18例,占26%,其中冠心病患者中不稳定型心绞痛患者22例,稳定型心绞痛患者18例,心肌梗死患者8例。单纯高血压患者5例,占7.4%。肾功能不全患者20例,占15%,扩张型心肌病患者15例,占11%,癌症患者34例,占25%,以肺癌患者居多。结论心电图P波增宽临床上疾病以高血压患者为主,其中高血压患者合并冠心病和2型糖尿病患者居多,肾功能不全和扩张型心肌病,癌症也是造成体表心电图P波增宽主要原因。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical features and related illness of broadened（0.12 ms） P wave.Method The clinical features,diagnosis and CT,X-ray were collected and analyzed.Result 68 patients were suffered from hypertension,accounting for 51%,30 patients combined with coronary heart disease,18 patients combined with diabetes,accounting for 44% and 26%,respectively.Cancer ranked in the second place,accounting for 25%,followed by renal failure and dilated cardiomyopathy.Conclusion Hypertension may be the main cause of broadened P wave,most of them combined with coronary heart disease and diabetes. |
