摘    要:目的 探讨角质细胞生长因子及其受体在食管鳞癌组织中的表达规律及其在肿瘤组织发生、发展以及血管生成中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P染色法检测56例食管鳞癌组织中KGF、KGFR及CD34的蛋白表达,根据CD34染色结果计数微血管密度.结果 KGF及其KGFR蛋白表达定位于胞浆和胞膜;56例食管鳞癌中KGF和KGFR阳性表达率分别为57.1%、64.3%;且均与食管癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05).结论 KGF/KGFR在食管鳞癌发生、演进过程中起着重要作用,并与肿瘤血管生成关系密切.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression patterns and rules of kerat inocyte growth factor(KGF) and keratinocyte growth factor receptor(KGFR) in the squamous carcinoma of esophagus,and evaluate their roles in the tumor initiation,development and angiogenesis.Methods Expressions of KGF,KGFR and CD34 proteins were detected using immunohistochemically in 56 cases of differently graded squamous carcinoma of esophagus.Microvessel density(MVD) was counted according to the result of CD34 protein staining.Results Expressing of KGF and KGFR localized in the cytoplasm and plasmalemma of tumor cells.The positive stainings of KGFand KGFR proteins were 57.1%、64.3% respectively;The levels of the proteins expressing were significantly related to carcinoma differentiation degree and lymphatic metastasis closely.Conclusion Both KGFand KGFR proteins may be the much importance in the carcinogenesis and progression of squamous carcinoma of sophagus.They may also play the pivotal role in carcinoma angiogenesis.
