滋阴益气活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变48例

观察滋阴益气活血法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变证属气阴两虚夹瘀的疗效.将糖尿病周围神经病变属气阴两虚夹瘀证93例随机分为2组,治疗组48例服用滋阴益气活血中药.对照组45倒肌注弥可保、VitB1,进行临床症状、疗效对比观察.2组治疗后临床症状均能改善,治疗组时肢体麻木、疼痛、手足不温、舌质紫暗或瘀斑的改善优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组肌电图运动和感觉传导速度疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)

TCM Method of Nourishing Yin,Tonifying Qi and Activating Blood in Treating 48 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

To observe the effect of nourishing Yin,tonifying Qi and activating blood method for diabetic peripheral neuropathy which is differentiated as deficiency of both Qi and Yin as well as blood stasis.The 93 cases were divided randomly into two groups,the treatment group (n=48) were administrated with the tradi- tional Chinese medicine of nourishing Yin,tonifying Qi and activating blood,and the control group (n=45) with intramuscular injection of the placebo Methyeobal and Vitamin B_1,and the curative effects was compared. The results showed that both two therapies could improve the clinical symptoms,the treatment group had bet- ter improvement in limbs numbness,pain,limbs cold,dark and purple tongue compared with the control group (P<0.01),and the electromyogram movement and sensory conduction velocity of the treatment group was bet- ter than that of the control group (P<0.05).
