地塞米松延长骨科手术中布比卡因硬膜外麻醉及术后镇痛的时效

观察地塞米松对布比卡因硬膜外麻醉效果的影响。方法：选择中等骨科手术患者，随机分两组，Ａ组采用０．７５％布比卡因１０ｍｌ＋１％利多因卡因２００ｍｇ硬膜外麻醉；Ｂ组采用０．７５％布比卡因１０ｍｌ＋１％利多卡因２００ｍｇ＋地塞松松１０ｍｇ硬膜外麻醉，观察麻醉起效时间和术后镇痛时间。

A RANDOMIZED DOUBLE-BLIND COMPARISION OF EPIDURAL ANESTHESIAWITH DEXAMETHASONEAND BUPIVACAINE MIXTURE VERSUS BUPIVA-CAINE FOR ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY AND POSTOPERATIVEANALGESIA

Aim: To evaluate the effect of epidural anesthesia and postoperative analgesia with dexamethasone and bupivacaine. Methods: 100 lower limb fracture patients were randomly distributed to two groups and adminitered with two different solutions in a blind manner. Solution A: bupivacaine 0.75% 10ml lidocaine 1% 200mg. Solution B: 0.75% 10ml lidocaine 1% 200mg dexamethasone 10mg. The patients were observed for the starting time of anesthesia as well as the duration of anesthesia, and the lasting period of post operative analgesia. Results: There were obvious difference between the two groups in the starting time of anesthesia and the duration of post operative analgesia. Conclution: Bupivacaine in combination with dexamethasone for epidural anesthesia produced a rapid onset, longer lasting post operative analgesia with fewer aversive side effects.
