化疗对血液病患者医院感染影响的研究及护理对策

目的:研究化疗对血液病患者医院感染的影响,为采取合理有效的医院感染控制措施提供依据。方法:前瞻性调查242例血液病患者发生医院感染的诸因素,并对与化疗相关的11个因素进行分析。结果:化疗是血液病患者医院感染的危险因素,其中联合化疗、诱导缓解及移植前阶段等大剂量化疗、化疗后中性粒细胞(ANC)减少为血液病化疗患者医院感染的危险因素,且感染多发生在化疗开始至化疗结束后7日内。结论:针对血液病化疗患者医院感染的易感时期、不同的治疗阶段以及ANC计数有针对性地采取综合性的治疗、护理措施,对医院感染的发生及预后至关重要。

A study on the influence of chemotherapy on nosocomial infection among patients with blood diseases and nursing countermeasures

Objectives: To find out the influence of chemotherapy on nosocomail infection among patients with blood diseases. To offer evidence to control nosocomial infection effectively. Methods: Two hundred and forty-two patients with blood dis-eases were observed prospectively. Risk factors related to nosocomial infection were investigated and the eleven factors related to chemotherapy were analyzed. Results: Chemotherapy was a risk factor of nosocomial infection. High dose chemotherapy, agranulocytosis (ANC) after chemotherapy were the risk factors of nosocomial infection. The infection usually happened immediately after the beginning of chemotherapy and 7 days after the chemotherapy. Conclusion: It is very important for controlling nosoco-mial infection to adopt comprehensive treatments and nursing interventions during susceptible period and different cure period according to the number of ANC.
