| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无晶状体眼硅油取出的方法。方法 实施晶状体-玻璃体手术联合硅油填充术86例（86眼）,其中78例采用巩膜角膜切口,8例采用透明角膜双切口2种不同方法取出硅油。结果 86例眼内硅油均1次成功取出,视网膜脱离复发6例（6.98%）,未发生其他并发症。结论 巩膜角膜切口、透明角膜双切口这2种硅油取出方法操作简单,手术时间短,硅油易取尽,术后反应轻,并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical effect of different methods to remove silicone oil from aphakic eyes. Methods 86 patients who once had phacoemulsification and pars plana vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade underwent silicone oil removal. Scleral and corneal incision was done for 78 eyes and double transparent corneal incision for 8 eyes in the course of silicone oil removal. Results All 86 eyes obtained primary success in extracting of silicone oil. The occurrence rate of recurrent retinal detachment was 6% and no other complication has happened. Conclusions Scleral and corneal incision and double transparent corneal incision in extracting of silicone oil from aphakic eyes were simple methods with light reaction and less complication, and thus have comprehensive application value in clinic. |
