摘    要:目的:了解恶性肿瘤患者的血液流变性和微循环变化。方法:对100例恶性肿瘤患者及50例健康人血液流变学指标,血小板计数,血小板聚集率及甲襞微循环指标进行比较。结果:恶性肿瘤患者全血粘度,血浆粘度,血浆纤维蛋白原,血沉,红细胞聚集指数,血小板计数,血小板聚集率及甲襞微循环加权积分值(形态积分值,液态积分值,管周积分值及总积分值)等均显著高于健康人(P<0.01或P<0.05),结论:恶性肿瘤者存在血液高粘,高凝,高聚状态及微循环障碍。

Abstract:Objective To detect the changes of hemorrheological and microcirculative status in patients with malignat tumors.Methods Hemorrheological indicators,platelet count,platelet aggregation rate and nail fold microcirculation status were measured in patients with malignant tumors (n=100) and health hemans (n=50).Results In patients with malignant tumors,whole blood viscosity ratio,plasma viscosity ratio,plasma fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation,erythrocyte aggregation index,platelet count,platelet aggregation rate and the weighted integrated values of nail fold mircocirculation were significantly different from those in healthy humans(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperviscosity state,hypercoagulability state,hyperdetention state in blood and microcirculation disturbance presented in patients with maligmant tumors.
