The difference also existed between aphasia group and right hemisphere CVA group. The aphasia group had the auditory comprehension impairment of words and sentences of position and time. There were no differences between comprehension of yes no questions and paragraphes and between reversile passive voice sentences, position and time sentences, But there was significant difference between yes-no questions, paragraphes and reversible passive voice sentences, position and time sentences. Therefore, the aphasia group had more difficulty in comprehension of reversible passive voice sentences, position and time sentences than yes-no questions and paragraphes. The aphasics had a tendency of comprehension of time sentences according to time sequence of events. Author's address:(Rehabilitation Center, Hebei Provincial People's Hospital, 050071)
