| 摘 要： | 用纸片扩散法对缺乏细胞壁的细菌（Ｌ型菌）在无血清高渗培养基（８５１培养基）上测定抑菌环直径，用琼脂稀释法制定相应的最低抑菌浓度（ＭＩＣ）。结果：四环素的相关系数ｒ＝－０．４４２１（Ｐ＜０．０１）；红霉素的相关系数ｒ＝－０．７９１０（Ｐ＜０．０１）；新霉素ｒ＝－０．６８１２（Ｐ＜０．０１）；丁胺卡那霉素ｒ＝－０．２７０６（Ｐ＞０．０１）。各抗生素的回归曲线与Ｋ－Ｂ法不一致，提示Ｋ－Ｂ法的解释标准不能用于Ｌ型细菌的体外药敏试验。

| Abstract: | The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of cell wall-deficient bacteria was detected by disc diffusion test,in nonserum hypertonic medis(851 media)and the corresponding minimal inhibitory concentration by agar diffusion test.The resuts showed that the correlation coefficient for tetracycline,erythromycin,neomycin and amikacin were-0.4421(P<0.01),-0.7910(P<0.01),-0.6821(p<0.01)and-0.2706(P>0.01).respectively. Regression equation of antibiotics was not in agreenent with K-B method.This experiment provea that the disc siffusin test could not be directly used in L-form bacterial drug sensitivity test in vitro. |
