| 摘 要： | 对120例符合诊断标准的慢性胃炎患者进行中医辨证分型，并进行辨证分型与内镜分类的相关性研究。结果发现，脾胃虚弱型以红斑渗出性胃炎为主，肝胃不和型以癃起糜烂性胃炎为主，胃阴不足型、脾胃湿热型均以萎缩性胃炎为主，胃络瘀血型则以出血性胃炎为主。

| Abstract: | One hundred and twenty cases of chronic gastritis were differentiated in Chinese medical diagnosis and endoscopically examined to study the correlation between syndromes and endoscopic classifications. Results: Chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach asthenia was characterized by erythema effusion; chronic gastritis of liver and stomach disharmony was characterized by eminent erosion; chronic gastritis of stomach-yin deficiency or spleen-stomach dampness-heat was characterized by atrophy; chronic gastritis of stomach blood-stasis was characterized by hemorrhage. |
